COO: Esporta Group Standardises on SuccessFactors to Drive Business Execution

SuccessFactors platform deployed to 3,000 employees in new three year agreementLONDON, Jan 27, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SuccessFactors Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) today announced that UK health and leisure chain, the Esporta Group, has signed a new three year agreement to deploy the SuccessFactors platform to all 3,000 employees across the group, driving better execution and greater alignment against the company's restructured operating plans and new ownership.

"We have been through some structural changes recently, and decided to leverage our initial investment in SuccessFactors to give us greater visibility into the business, and help drive growth, customer satisfaction and employee retention," said David Leatherbarrow, Chief Operating Officer at Esporta Group. "We've already done a great deal of customisation of the SuccessFactors platform. By deploying it to all of our 3,000 employees, SuccessFactors should help us to ensure lower attrition, improve line management, and enhance club management to drive better execution against our operating objectives."

The SuccessFactors platform uses executive dashboards to provide senior management with visibility into monthly performance targets, linking rewards, learning and development, and delivering clearer line of sight to drive membership and customer service targets.

The Esporta Group operates 55 health and leisure clubs in the UK and Ireland, providing market-leading facilities and services to the premium segment of the health and leisure market.
